Every project starts with a great idea, but the real magic happens when those ideas actually shape the future. On June 24th 2026 at Hotel Continental in Rimini (Italy), we are bringing key stakeholders for a special event:
“From Results to Uptake: Capitalizing Project Results for Policy Impact and Future Programming”.
Our goal is to roll out the Programme’s new capitalization strategy and open up a real dialogue with our beneficiaries to share what works best.
For years, our projects have planted seeds: the action plans, the tools, the networks. But how do we ensure these “seeds” grow into concrete assets for the Adriatic- Ionian area? The answer lies in Capitalization: the art of taking what works and making it a standard for the entire region.
Why Capitalization Matters
Capitalization is the process of capturing the knowledge gained during project implementation and making it available for others. During this event, lead partners and stakeholders will work to:
- Identify Synergies: Finding common ground between different thematic projects
- Mainstream Results: Moving project outputs into the hands of policy-makers and local authorities.
- Develop joint activties: Boosting the transfer of project outputs
The first part of the conference will focus on exploring the role of capitalization approaches within the Interreg community and beyond, highlighting their dual function: enhancing the uptake of project results and serving as valuable support for identifying the priorities of the future programming period. The second part will be dedicated to group work based on your thematic cluster, offering participants the chance to engage in more in-depth exchanges, share experiences, and strengthen peer learning.
