The IPA ADRION Programme is entering an exciting new phase! On 31st March, we are hosting online the Capitalisation Kick-off Meeting, marking the start of a series of activities designed to strengthen cooperation among ongoing projects and maximize their collective impact. This event serves as the foundational step in the development of our Capitalisation Strategy, centering on the establishment of thematic clusters. These clusters will be officially presented and discussed, providing a clear roadmap on how projects can actively contribute to and benefit from this collaborative framework.
What is Capitalisation?
Capitalisation is more than just a process; it is about ensuring that the knowledge, outputs, and results generated by our projects do not exist in isolation. By promoting the reuse of solutions and facilitating their transfer to new sectors or integration into public policies, it maximizes the impact of EU funds. Instead of “reinventing the wheel,” capitalisation allows us to build on existing expertise and scale up what works.
A Proven Strategy: Thematic Clusters
The foundation of our capitalisation strategy is the establishment of Thematic Clusters. These clusters will group projects working on similar topics to explore complementarities, enhance the visibility of project results, and identify powerful synergies for future cooperation. This approach builds on the best practices from the 2014-2020 programming period where the Programme successfully created Thematic Clusters across several topics.
Event Details & Participation
During this dedicated online session, the Joint Secretariat will briefly present our capitalisation approach and explain how projects can take part in the cluster discussions.
